Experimental:
Interval aerobic training four times a week. The training intensity is 80%-100% of the load so that the subject's heart rate reaches 170 beats/min. During each training session, the subjects performed 30 minutes of cycling exercise for 5 to 15 minutes at a time, combined with brace therapy.
